How to sign up with MMS

Step 1.  Register 
Step 2. Book a class
Step 3. Submit COVID-19 Waiver
Step 4. Submit Photo Release Form

Once you have completed all four steps you will have successfully been registered.

COVID-19 WAIVER 

Clients will not be allowed onsite for in-person lessons without first filling out the Covid-19 waiver form.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE FORM

All current clients need to fill out a photo/video release form indicating whether or not approval is given to be included in photos and videos by MMS utilized in our marketing and social media platforms.
